Service & Delivery Policy

Tradax Sdn Bhd provides digital products and services, including TradaxVOD, DaxScan AI, and Photo Finder (collectively, the “Services”). We do not sell or ship physical goods. This policy explains how and when access to our Services is delivered after purchase.

1. Nature of Delivery

All purchases made through our Services are delivered electronically. This includes credit top-ups, pay-per-view video unlocks, subscription access, and AI-processing results. No physical shipment, courier, or postal delivery is involved.

2. Delivery Timeframe (ETA)

• Wallet / credit top-ups: Credits are added to your account automatically upon successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway (toyyibPay), typically within a few minutes.
• Video unlocks / pay-per-view streaming: Access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed, and no later than 1 hour after confirmation in the event of delayed payment gateway callbacks.
• Subscriptions: Access begins immediately upon successful payment and continues for the duration of the billing cycle.

3. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If you have been charged but have not received the corresponding credits, content, or access within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your transaction reference. We will investigate and either deliver the outstanding service or process a refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Service Availability

While we aim to keep our Services available at all times, access may occasionally be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
